ROTARY WINE FERMENTERS
In addition to the traditional vinification of red grapes, the rotary winemaker also allows carbonic maceration and cryomaceration.
The short and slow rotations in both directions, interspersed with long periods of pause, are possible only thanks to the particular refrigerated channel in direct contact with the product which makes the hat immersion immediate without traumatic actions, favoring intimate contact between must and fermented pomace with all the advantages that derive from it.
Vinification possible with partial loads, intervention on the fermentation processes with thermoregulation and macro-oxygenation, effective static draining during racking, automatic discharge of exhausted marc, use of the winemaker as carbonic macerator and inertized storage tank, aptitude for stacking, are the other advantages of this practical and versatile wine maker.

Equipped with spiral cooling jacket welded on the cylindrical part, in a spiral form, it has the purpose of imposing an obligatory path to the cooling agent and at a determined and constant speed in order to exclude that the liquid is channeled by preferential paths.

WINEMAKING “GIOIELLO”
Gioiello allows, at any time, the separation and easy discharge of substances. Gioiello can be used, for example, as a washing machine, macerator, infuser, cooker, carbon dioxide disinfestant of solids of different sizes.
The structure of the machine essentially consists of a thermo-conditioned fluid containment tank, with a perforated rotating basket inside for solid containment.
The rotation of the basket in both directions, indispensable for obtaining a uniform treatment, can be programmed directly from the modern control panel which allows you to decide the number, duration and speed of rotation.
