With a cross-sectional overview of innovations and processes in oenology, liquid food, oil, beer and spirits, Simei 2024 presents itself even richer both on the program front as well as on the product offer.<\/p>\n
Finally, there is the appointment with the now traditional Innovation Challenge, the competition that rewards technological innovations in the sector with the awards “Technology Innovation Award”, “New Technology” and “Green Innovation Award”.<\/p>\n
