Internal cylinder

The strong point of “Gioiello” is in the shape and capacity of internal cylinder which let:

  • to grant, with any kind of grape and in any part of the season, the complete marc plunging;
  • lto be submerged and filled by the must, holding inside grape seeds, and a simply devatting at the end of fermentation;
  • an efficient,rapid and static draining;
  • to favour the cap soft breaking during fermentation and exhausted marc unloading at the end of fermentation thank to the stainless steel archimedean screw inside.
