Standard
equipment
The machinery, in standard version, is made up by the following
components:
A. A stainless steel cylindrical horizontal vat, the two extremities
of which are closed by two rounded bottoms.
- On the back rounded bottom a motor-reducer system is housed
by means of a special joint where there are also a motor reducer
and the Oxygen inlet.
- On the front rounded bottom, removable by his coupling flange,
at the centre of a circular port, there’s a ball valve
suitable to load and unload the marc during the motion of the
internal punched cylinder;
- On the same rounded bottom there are: an electric control
board, equipped with an inverter and a macro-oxygenator, ball
valves for total and partial draining, a level indicator, thermometers
and a sample valve;
- On the cylindrical body there are: an insulated cooling jacket,
a small inspection manhole, a stainless steel rectangular inspection
manhole (dimensions =mm 400x500), the double effect ventilation
valve;
- At the top of internal side of cylindrical body, there is a stainless
steel pipe, punched in such a way to sprinkle water during the
washing phase of internal cylinder.
The cylindrical vat is supported by two stainless steel saddles
properly shaped.
B. An entirely punched cylinder (the extremities are closed
by a rounded bottom and by
a truncated - cone bottom) rotates by means of ball bearings.
These bearings come never into contact with the product to
be processed.
- Inside punched cylinder there is a stainless steel archimedean
screw which favours the ejection of the exhaust marc.
- On the top of internal punched cylinder, a sliding port (just
next to the loading manhole of cylindrical vat) lets the inspection
of the internal side of punched cylinder.
- Along the external surface of punched cylinder there is the
washing punched pipe. The connection with this pipe is possible
through the proper knockdown rotary joint included in the current
accessories.
